Chef Dogre: Goat Cheese 'Ravioli'

Last week, the dogre fed me ravioli with a twist: wonton wrappers! Deliciously stuffed with goat cheese and ricotta. Substituted Martha Stewart's parsley sauce for a familiar and heartier red sauce (I don't know what he does but the dogre makes good sauce). We ate until we felt sick and cheese was oozing out of our ears and nosies. Very slight exaggeration. Recipe here.
